FAQ   What if my laptop fails? How can I read my emails?          Getting the laptop Ready - switching ON / OFF

1. In the event your laptop fails, you can still read your emails at

    mail.zionbpc.org.sg

2  You can use any PCs you can safely trust.

Internet cafe - you can use the PC here as long as you do not enter credit card info or anything of a sensitive nature.

NOTE: spy software or key-stroke capturing software is easily available from the internet and might be installed on such PCs.  That is why we ought to be alert when using other people's PC. To add further, never never ask the computer to remember the password or user-info when prompted.

If you think that your password has been compromised, please feedback to me and we will change it immediately.

3. The procedures to read your emails is as follows:

    A. Launch Internet Explorer

    B. Type in the URL address:

point at the buttons, there will be a tooltip to explain the buttons.  The address book feature is not very good at this point in time.  The ISP will be upgrading this webmail in a couple of months.

Rule of thumb:  Use webmail only if you have to!   Always download your emails to your laptop, so that you do not hit the mailbox quota set.  For everyone it is 10MB while Pastor Quek have 20MB.

     D. Remember to logout from the webmail when you finish.  More information, please read
